IS4G2C is a Gigabit single-mode, single-fiber transceiver, providing four Gigabit ports and two Gigabit SC 100/1000M adaptive Ethernet fiber transceivers, which can convert 10Base, 100Base-T, 100Base-TX adaptive twisted-pair electrical signals to 1000Base-SX/LX optical signals. With both A and B optical ports, it is convenient to pair with the opposite end, and can form a cascade topology, compared with the conventional single-port fiber optic transceiver, the use of more flexible. It extends the network transmission distance limit from 100 meters of copper wire to 0.55 kilometers (multi-mode fiber), 100 kilometers (single-mode fiber). It can easily realize the interconnection between HUB, SWITCH, server, terminal and remote terminal.
