1. Who we are and how these terms apply

This website is operated by Shenzhen Huasifei Technology Co., Ltd. under the HUASIFEI brand ("HUASIFEI", "we", "us" or "our"). The same legal entity is the seller for standard orders placed through this website unless a different seller is clearly identified before you order.

These terms cover use of our website and purchases of standard products through it (the "Services"). They should be read with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Limited Warranty and Technical Support Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information: /policies/privacy-policy.

We serve individual customers, businesses, resellers and customers seeking OEM or ODM services. Purchasing for business use or resale is permitted. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their use or resale complies with applicable laws; purchasing a product does not by itself appoint the buyer as an authorized HUASIFEI distributor.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict. Where those rights differ from these terms, the mandatory rights apply.

2. Eligibility and order information

You must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction. If you order for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and billing details and tell us promptly if they change.

3. Products and configurations

The product and selected configuration shown in your order determine what you are purchasing. Modem-equipped and no-modem versions are different products or configurations. Included modems, antennas, power supplies, plugs and accessories must be identified for the exact SKU; the presence of a SIM slot or modem interface alone does not mean that a modem is included.

Regional labels help identify configurations but do not establish compatibility with every carrier in a region. Cellular operation depends on factors including the installed modem, supported bands, carrier requirements, network coverage and SIM service. We check the selected version for compatibility before dispatch and may contact you for your destination country, carrier or intended use. Please contact us before ordering if you need help selecting a configuration.

If we identify a compatibility problem after payment, we will contact you to agree on a suitable resolution. We will not substitute a materially different configuration or charge an additional amount without your agreement. A product that does not match an expressly agreed specification or compatibility representation will be handled under the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Wireless class ratings describe theoretical link rates, not guaranteed internet throughput. Product-specific qualifications and verified specifications apply. Our specifications and any express commitments are not displaced by general illustrations or promotional descriptions.

4. Standard orders and payment

For standard website purchases, your order is accepted when your payment is successfully completed. A subsequent stock or pre-dispatch compatibility check does not postpone that acceptance.

PayPal is currently available. Only payment methods actually offered at checkout are available for that transaction. Where identified in the payment instructions, HUASIFEI (HONG KONG) LIMITED receives payment on behalf of Shenzhen Huasifei Technology Co., Ltd. This collection arrangement does not change the seller or transfer its sales, return or warranty obligations to the collecting company. Any additional payment method will be displayed when it becomes available.

The product price, currency and any disclosed charges shown when you place the order apply to that order. We may change prices for future orders, but will not apply a later price increase or shipping surcharge to an accepted order without your agreement. If we discover an error affecting an accepted order, we will contact you rather than automatically impose a new price or configuration. Any cancellation or correction remains subject to applicable law.

5. Shipping and import charges

Current standard website prices include standard shipping. We offer worldwide shipping, subject to applicable law, carrier service coverage and address-specific restrictions. Available shipping arrangements are shown at checkout or confirmed with you before payment. See the Shipping Policy for details.

You are responsible for applicable taxes on your purchase and import duties, as disclosed at checkout or otherwise required by applicable law. Standard shipping being included in the product price does not by itself mean that taxes or duties are included. We will collect and remit taxes where required by law, and will not transfer to you any obligation that the law requires us to bear. See the Shipping Policy for dispatch, delivery and transport-issue procedures.

6. Changes and cancellation requests

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Whether a requested change can be made depends on the order's processing and dispatch status. This does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right. We will explain the applicable options before asking you to accept any additional cost or revised arrangement.

7. Returns and warranty

Our Return and Refund Policy describes how we handle incorrect, missing, damaged or defective goods and any applicable statutory return rights. Our commercial warranty is one year from receipt, as described in the Limited Warranty and Technical Support Policy. It is additional to, and does not replace or shorten, mandatory legal rights. Except where applicable law requires us to pay, the customer bears the cost of returning goods to us. Quality issues should be reported to us first; after verification, replacement or reshipment is our preferred remedy, subject to your mandatory rights. See the Return and Refund Policy for return arrangements and replacement-shipping costs. Separately agreed business, bulk and OEM or ODM contracts remain subject to mandatory rights.

8. Bulk orders and OEM or ODM projects

Bulk purchasing, custom hardware, branding, firmware development and OEM or ODM projects are discussed and agreed separately with our sales team. The parties' written quotation or contract must identify the seller, scope, prices, payment milestones, delivery requirements, acceptance criteria, cancellation arrangements and after-sales terms for that project.

Confidentiality, ownership of development results, source-code deliverables and licensing are governed by the applicable written project agreement and any relevant software licenses. Do not assume that purchasing hardware includes ownership of all associated software or development materials.

A separately agreed written project contract takes precedence over these general website terms to the extent it expressly covers the same matter differently. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. A business purchase is not automatically a custom-made product simply because it is made in quantity.

9. Website content and software licenses

Website text, photographs, branding and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view and use product documentation to evaluate, purchase, install and support our products, subject to any stated license terms. Other reuse of protected material requires permission unless the law or the applicable license permits it.

Open-source software, source repositories and related materials are governed by their respective licenses. These terms do not remove rights granted under those licenses. Factory firmware, HUASIFEI source trees and upstream OpenWrt releases can differ. Check the exact hardware revision and firmware target before installing or compiling software.

10. External services

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We do not represent every statement on an external website as a HUASIFEI promise.

11. Relationship with Shopify

HUASIFEI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. When you use the Services, your device communicates with Shopify’s systems to deliver the Services. Section 12 explains how Shopify uses and processes information from these interactions. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with HUASIFEI. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and HUASIFEI, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with HUASIFEI.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not release any liability or right that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Privacy policy

Our privacy policy explains how we may collect, use, and disclose certain personal information from your use of the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this privacy policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, as you browse and interact with the Services, Shopify collects, uses, processes, and stores personal information about your access to and use of the Services, including information about your transaction. Shopify may use this information for purposes including but not limited to providing, securing, and improving the Services; processing transactions; and helping prevent fraud on this website and on other websites that are powered by Shopify. Information collected when you visit or use the Services, including information collected automatically about your browsing activity, will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in other countries than where you reside, in order to provide services to you. Review our privacy policy and Shopify’s privacy policy for more details on how we, Shopify, and our partners use your personal information.

13. Prohibited uses

13.1 You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or harm any of our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms of Service; (g) to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation; (h) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person or entity; or (i) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm HUASIFEI, Shopify or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.

13.2 In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or pretext the services; (e) use automated scraping, data-extraction or access tools, including robots, spiders or AI tools, to access the Services without our authorization; any authorized Agent must also comply with section 14, and compliance with section 14 does not by itself grant authorization; or (f) interfere with, bypass, or circumvent the security or authorization features, robot exclusion headers, or other measures we employ to restrict access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

For clarity, this section does not prohibit ordinary manual browsing and purchasing, lawful resale of physical products, or documentation and open-source uses expressly permitted in sections 1 and 9. All security, access-control and Agent requirements remain applicable.

14. Agents

14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity and that can be executed on behalf of or using a person's device, without direct supervision.

14.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with the requirements in section 14.4 below. In addition, no Agent may access, use, or interact with Services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from accessing, using, or interacting with any service.

14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with Services.

14.4 Agents must: (a) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following in the request's user agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (b) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions are from an Agent, such as by (i) mimicking human behavior and interaction patterns, or (ii) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from humans, (c) respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer, (d) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.

15. Enquiries and submitted materials

Please send only information you are entitled to provide. A product enquiry does not transfer ownership of your designs, specifications or confidential business information to us. We use enquiry materials to evaluate and respond to your request and to perform any agreed project, subject to applicable law, our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement.

If your project requires confidentiality obligations or restricted handling beyond the ordinary enquiry process, agree an NDA or other suitable arrangement before submitting sensitive project materials. These website terms do not override an existing NDA. We will not treat a private project proposal as a public testimonial or a permission to publish it.

16. Responsibility and disputes

We remain responsible for the obligations we undertake in your accepted order and for obligations imposed on us by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes a mandatory consumer remedy.

Please contact us first so we can investigate a problem and seek a practical resolution. Your rights to use a court, dispute-resolution process or other remedy available under mandatory law are not restricted by these terms.

17. Updates and contact

Updates to these policies apply prospectively. A later update does not reduce the rights attached to an already accepted order without a lawful basis and, where required, your agreement.
